There is no limiter in the CDI.
MC= Motorcycle.
The 49cc scooters some have a limiter but not in the CDI.
Carb spacer or a washer in the variator.

I was told that all scoots coming into the US have to be limited? Jeremy

That\'s only on the 50cc or less so they can be classified as mopeds. Once you get over 50cc they are classified as motorcycles and don\'t have those restrictions.

I put the racing CDI and coil in from the PSF with a ND plug in my 2003 Phantom 124cc, It started better and seemed to pull a little better, I also put in the racing clutch that helped grab better off the line. With the 24mm Mikuni with the K&N on the carb with the Pro-150 my Phantom was a gas to ride,

Mukini Carb and K&N 4 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Where did you get your Mukini Carb and did you have to play with the nozzle size to get it right, especially after the K&N, and about how much do they cost? If you get a Mukini Carb and then a derestricted muffler would you then have to play with the nozzles? Also wondering if you know the version number on the K&N as I looked at them before but had no idea which one to get. Thanks so much Jeremy

I sold the last Mikuni I had and can get no more. The K&N that fit was a RC-2290,
