I have a 150cc Tank clone that is running fairly well. The only issue is a little bit of surging or hesitation on and off when climbing up to highway speeds.

I looked at the plug and it is more white than tan indicating that the engine is running a little lean.

Is there an adjustment or tweak that can be done to correct this, or are we talking something more involved like a larger main jet?
