Just got a brand new Phantera GT5 , and I cannot get the thing to go over 20 mph...and ideas, I called the dealer and they put on a replacement carb. and still the smae thing, I tried fuel flow/air flow..etc...nothing.
..any ideas?

Take it back to the dealer, When he can get it to do at least 55 mph have him call you to pick it up,

Maybe the weights fell out of place in the variator, It could be a piece of crud in the main jet of the carb stopping you from getting full speed.
Is it breaking up at top speed or just dogging?
