Just joined the forum - I had been a member at the yahoo-group about 2 years ago.

The front break now works very poorly, it engages hard with the slightest pull, and the lever doesn't feel smooth at all???

The rear break feels weak, i will try adjusting the cable tension.

Any thoughts about the front break? im going to look at the rubber grommet that conceals the screw that apparently comes loose on all of the these?
