I have a 2006 Phantera GT5. I am currently looking for a replacement bulb for my headlight. I came across a link to thoughtout.com and noticed that they are selling a replacement bulb for the Triton R4. Does anyone know if the bulb on the Triton is the same as the bulb on the Phantera? The picture that they provide on the site looks like the bulb I need, but I wanted to be sure before I ordered it. I am providing the link to their site below.

I would venture a guess and say that based on the part numbers and item descriptions on Vento's site, the bulbs are different.

Phantera GT5:
Part #:GB15766.1-2002
Front headlight bulb(12V 25W/25W)
Qty 2 @ $26.00

Triton R4/GT5:
Part #: 80002BM0T001
BULB 1, HEAD LIGHT,12V 35/35W
Qty 1 @ $7.21

The bulb on the Phantera is lower wattage and is almost $6 more per bulb.

You also may be able to get the numbers off of the bulb and find a replacement by cross reference.

Well, after talking with a thoughtout customer service rep, and him telling me that he was pretty sure the light bulb would work on my Phantera, I decided to give it a try.
I received the bulb in the mail yesterday, after a quick visual conformation, I plugged it in, fired it up, and whatta ya know...it worked!
So to answer my own question and for any future questions. The Phantera and the Triton use the same front headlamp bulbs.

Hey, BTW you can use a 35 Watt bulb instead of the weak 25 Watt. I use them in my Phantera. Also I only paid $6.00 each. Are you happy with your scooter? How fast have you gotten it up to? I did 68 mph on mine quite a few times on a straight away hiway.

The bulb that I got was actually a 45w bulb and it works great.
I have only had my Phantera for only about a month, but I have had it up to 60 mph. Have you done any type of modifications to yours, or is it stock? I would love to get that type of performance out of my bike. - Jordan

I put on The HP 150 Carbon Fiber Exhaust From PSF. It looks great. I also put an Iridium spark plug in. I changed the roller weights to 9.5 gram weight & changed the clutch springs as well. The funny thing is that I was getting it up to 68mph without all of these mods. Also, I don't have the GT5. Mine is a RED PHANTERA. Really Hot looking. I didn't care much for the GT5 look. That's just me.
Is yours running well? Any issues with it?
