I have a 2005 Vento BKM jazz, 50cc upgraded to 75cc.

1st. When you add the big bore kit are there any exhaust modification necessary?
Example: idles and throttles up pretty good, when I take off, it will pull for 20 ft and die.
It will start up and do the same thing again and again (exhaust loading, fuel run out)??

2nd. This past winter I removed the battery for storage in the “cold� shed. I went
to start it 4 months later and nothing. I don’t have the alarm remote(is this a necessary item ? ) and was wondering if there is something that dies in the control module. A better question is: what are the weak components that are prone to failure in this model. Needless to say no spark not even with a hot wire (bad coil maybe).

3rd. Are there reliable parts suppliers and service manuals (PDF) available?

I got the thing seized with only 600 mile on it, and just went for the bore kit upgrade. "I grew up on two-strokes" (MotoCross).
