I picked up a Kryptonite Armored Cable that I loop through the back wheel. I figure the back wheel is tough to remove, and a good solid cable will make it tough to take the scooter anywhere. I'll usually chain to a tree or a heavy-duty bike rack or something similarly immovable.

make sure the steerings locked also. Some people dont even know its there
