I have a Keeway Hurricane 2-stroke scooter with a 1E40QMB engine that's leaking oil out of the air filter. Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks. Is this valve easy to fix/replace? Is it part of the carburetor? I've been searching the web for a good diagram of my carburetor with all the parts labeled, but I can't seem to find anything.

It's part of the carb, No easy fix, You could try to re-coin the ball to the seat in the valve or just abandon the oil injector system and pre-mix your gas.
This is one of the big problems with 2 stroke scooters made in China.

I looked at the carb, and I can't figure out what all the hoses are. I found the throttle cable, and the fuel hose. There were two more hoses going into the top part. One is the oil (not sure which one), but what's the other one? Then there was one short hose coming out of the bottom that went nowhere. Is that some sort of drain hose?
