Please help, this problem is really driving me crazy.
My scooter will stutter completely randomly. It decides when it wants to respond to the throttle. Very frequently when accelerating or when going full speed it will choke up and stop accelerating for several seconds.
Work I've done:
decarbonize muffler
check & clean spark plug
clean fuel filter
clean air filter
take snorkel off air filter
replace spark plug
clean carburetor & jets
replace fuel filter
It still does the same thing, almost seems to be worse now. What could this be??

do you have any mods to your ped?
cause if you do its just a part of tuning it right.

Ped as in my scooter? If so then no, it has not been modified.

oh yea thats what i meant,
umm you can try checking your ignition coil or reeds?
