It does have the Walbro Carb. Had my mechanic look at it, he doesn\'t
think it is a carb issue. Diaphram was in perfect shape, I did clean
jets out just because I had it off the bike.( scooter only has around
300 KM on it )
When I took the fuel line off the carb it had no fuel running out, I
had a clamp just in case. Should this have line pressure from the tank
on this line all the time? And after putting carb on the scooter I am
getting no fuel to the bowl. Could that metal fitting at the bottom of
the fuel tank be faulty. And by the way what is it and what does it
do. It has one fuel line and one air line plugged into it.
Thanks David

Hi:
You probably have a Keizo pd18j carb. Doubt you will find a parts
diagram or replacement parts. May just be easier to replace with a
new carb like this one if it looks same as you have:

as long as you are sure its the carb and not an ignition issue.
