It may be that it\'s an uncompressed jpg.. I know photoshop has a compression scale from 1-12.. no biggy though

The scooter racing guy in the upper corner is 173x117, even being a .gif it\'s only 18.05k.

Are you trying to use an animation or something?
I\'ll bump it to 50k.. but I could do a 640x480 jpg smaller than that

Anyway, with 50k it\'m more than most users will need, no matter the img

I think it\'s a permissions issue.. I tried using a local file, and grabbing from a url with no success.. I had to point it to an external source to get mine to come up. I\'m going to work on that and getting the header of all these pages to look right this evening.
